I think they're tied. But if anyone was to be higher it should be KA. Girls love them, they're pledge classes are massive, they're loaded.

I think KA is better. I can't understand for the life of me why anyone even likes ATO, they're nothing special

It would appear ATO has been falling for a while and has finally been replaced in the top tier by ka who is just under kappa sig
