delta sigs new house

So is the delta sig house going to be like an actual fraternity house, just not on row?

If they build a house that looks like it could be on row but it isn't, I think that could be good for them. It won't make them top house or anything but I def think it will make them better than pike, delta chi and sig ep

I heard their are no more on row lots, so yea it's basically a real fraternity house, just not a huge one

In theory delta sigs house could be bigger than everyone else's because if your on row you can only have a certain number of square feet
