kappa sig, ato and pi kapp

I'm a upcoming freshman and I'm curious about these three houses. More than anything I want to be a part of a chapter with strong brotherhood and great guys. Are these houses good? I have some friends that think they are going to these houses

If you want a strong brotherhood I would look anywhere but the three fraternities you said.

Despite the fact that I hate ATO, I have to agree with this 100%.
Go to another on row house kid, these three are going down.

From a girls point of view-These are the top 3 houses for sure. No one cares that he's a half black kid non of these fraternities are super southern I personally like the guys in pi kapp the most but there are awesome guys in ATO and kappa sig as well. In all honesty don't try to be in a fraternity for what tier it is in, be in a fraternity for where you fit in the best.

I agree... But kappa sig and pi kapp ARE sliding down ward. They could reverse the trend but as of right now they Arnt the powerhouses they used to be.
