why isn't ka considered a top house?

There are a lot of fraternities in the upper middle tier right now, and some of them it's more obvious why they are there than others.

ΚΣ ΑΤΩ and oftentimes pi kapp are considered top houses. If this is the case. Then why isn't KA?

I know KA is a respected upper tier house but why isn't it a top house? And why is ΑΤΩ instead?

Maybe if their brothers weren't trying so hard to be "southern" they would have a good honest chapter. They have the potential to be a top house they just need to drop the whole try hard southern frat thing. ATO is considered better because while they may be full of douchbags, they are who they are and aren't putting on an act for everyone.

KA is sure as hell better than kappa sig and ATO, especially with them being on the decline. Noone on row respects ATO and kappa sigs last four pledge classes are filled with sigma nu- quality wiggers. ATO and pi kapp are going to be the next top houses.
