What's the deal with the Delta Phi Epsilon house?

DPE has been inactive for 4-5 years and the house is just sitting there vacant. What gives?? Are they coming back?? Why not rent it out or sell it??

They already sold it a couple years ago, it hasn't been vacant. Phi Delt bought it and there's no sign of Dphie coming back maybe just Tri Delt

Phi Delta Theta Fraternity recently purchased it(old DPE house on row). PIKE has moved into old PDT house at 803B Robin Hood Trail across from the stadium. What is PDT doing with the other house there, 803A ??????????
