off and on row fraternities

Id like to get an opinion on which fraternities are the best on row and which are the best fraternities off row?

Just put them in a tier system form.

These Arnt the usual rankings but I agree with them. I'd put ATO lower and pi kapp higher

I agree with this however I will never understand why people put ATO so high on these lists. You must be an ATO because no one ever sees ATOs out doing anything and when you do theyre just weird or creeping girls out.

This ranking is wayy better than the other ones that were just posted by that pi kapp.
Honestly, I think top tier should be ΚΣ by itself , then, upper tier is ΑΤΩ ΠΚΦ ΣΧ ΚΑ ΔΤΔ, in that order
