No chapters don’t have to take legacies the chapter can cut anyone they want especially if that person is going to have people bad mouthing the house on campus or if taking the girl is going to mean others from that area the next year won’t want to rush that house bc she’s known for a bad rep or being a bully or whatever if a sister in house is from your area and doesn’t like you that is above legacy status also
