What fraternities (on row, well respected) are known for having friendliest, most outgoing and nicest brothers? I've heard of some houses being filled with douchebags and I don't want a crappy brotherhood.

Nicest guys on row (ask anyone) are sigma chi, KA and Delt. If you want friendly, outgoing guys, this is where you go. Every house has d bags but there's three are known for having the least.
