Traditionally at GSU, these 3 would be the top 3 here. Since everyone is in trouble it doesn't matter as much rn.
Upper Mid 3
SAE SN PKP
All 3 are solid but usually these 3 (plus ATO) are seen as the next best or even better, to some people, than the above groups.
Lower mid
ATO > PKA PDT DX OXi
ATO is a lot better than the other groups in this tier but since they have had the most trouble here, by far, it has hurt them. They went from being top 3 10 years ago to being here. Still really good. The other 4 are good options and I believe almost all if not all 4 of these groups have some form of off campus housing.
