the guy below is actually pretty spot on. Top fraternities go without saying but they are: Kappa Sigma, Sigma Chi, ATO, KA, and Pi Kappa Phi

Cant go wrong with kappa sigma/sigma chi
I'd say pi kapp however they will not be having pledges. ATO and KA come next, anything after, you'll have fun, just not as much fun.

KA and ATO are both above Sigma Chi. Simga Chi is good for derby days, and that is it. Every party they have gets broken up. Worst location on the row. KA may not have as big a chapter as Sigma Chi but they choose quality over quantity, and ATO is seen as above Sigma Chi too, no questions asked.
