fraternity rush attire

What is the proper rush attire? I’ve heard people who said during their rush they wore shorts and a polo and some say that you should wear a button down and khakis but I feel like that would be too hot.

Wear button down and khakis. It’s not that hot since you’re only outside when you go to a new house. You’re inside for the majority of the time.

If you wear a button down and khakis people will think you’re weird and get dropped so don’t be a weirdo and just wear shorts and a nice shirt or polo
