something to be mindful about..
by: advice for PNM’sgirls, at the end of the day nobody, and i mean n o b o d y, cares what sorority you are in. if you are a class act, pretty, intelligent, funny, kind, etc. then guys and girl will both be drawn to your energy. if a house that you think is right for you ends up dropping you then stay in rush and go whatever sorority offers you a bid. you will make friends, you will have a good college experience. after college, none of this will really matter either way. however, my piece of advice is that you don’t make the same mistake i did and only join a sorority for it’s status. it can be catty and rush week is an awfully big illusion that is typically not how it actually is. go where people are kind—people will respect you a lot. be nice to other girls and trust the process.

Definitely agree with most of what that person said! But just cause you join a sorority that gives you a bid doesn’t mean it was meant to be and that you’ll also make friends as well...my biggest regret? Getting initiated because now I can’t rush another sorority per the rules of PHA

Well you knew that.. Anyone who completes the process and maximized options are bound to that chapter for at least a year. It is in your best interest to start the new member program. If you want to drop, you don't get initiated.
