Dphie is doing what other small chapters do. Instead of being held hostage by tent talk and this website, they aren’t dealing with it. You want to join awesome, if not, then who cares. They are tired of being blamed for people dropping. After next week, no girls who were dropped can complain it was because of DPhie. They can’t be accused of taking everyone because they don’t have to now. Their nationals f’d up from the beginning and now they are trying to undo the damage from Greek rank.

Oh and it is dphies fault..they are to blame for girls leaving because they couldn’t provide a true sisterhood/a promising sorority experience that’s girls don’t wanna belong in it anymore...it’s theyre fault too

Guess they better start planning some fun events for there rush after formal. maybe they can get some new members and turn things around

Dphie can’t plan anything because they are super broke they can’t even pay for their own house...also because no one will pay their dues or fines

It’s super hard to recharter here. They only reason KKG did so well was because their nationals pulled the plug early. Chi O took years, only because you had a lot. Dphie knee that to succeed they needed a house. They should have waited to make sure everything else was up to par. They didn’t.

Hi. Like an above post said, HQ screwed up from the start and they are trying to undo damage. I’m not a sister nor was I ever but I’m friends with a lot of them and almost all are pretty great girls, but they will be participating in rush this week! Don’t believe everything you hear on this site!! I know plenty of people (from many different schools) who believed stuff (good and bad) on this site and regretted it. Happy pre-rush PNMs!

Agree with this. I have some friends in dphie and they're amazing and I think the way they are doing rush this year could help them. the girls i know are super sweet and fun and it sounds like a lot of the drama girls are now gone
Guessing hq didn't pay enough attention to them when they started out but whatever, it sounds like hq is trying to help now

Other chapters don’t come to Southern for a reason. Their HQ thought that the rules didn’t apply to them. Chapters at Southern follow the same formula. Otherwise they fail.

If you dont get a bid at rush you can then decide to attend any events DPHiE might have. They can offer bids after formal rush is over.

No it doesn’t matter if one sorority drops out during recruitment. All the other sorority’s have a certain quota depending on how many members are currently in that sorority. Hope this helps!
