No, they have been showing the same house for years. They have no money and have used the money they did have to get their charter back a few years ago.

I wish they would, but they only groups building are sororities it appears.

I was a PIKE, but had to drop due to financial reasons. We are raising money for a house. I know we had renderings created, but don't have any actual building plans completed.

I don't think we are closer today then 3 years ago (my freshman year). I think we may be further away. I hate that we keep pulling those plans out during rush, cause I know a lot of guys would still join, but it makes us look dishonest trying to pretend we are about to build.

I heard the Olympic Village group just went up on dues and we are having a hard time paying for the lot.

Roommate is a PIKE. Apparently they need a big pledge class this fall to get fire up their alumni to give money for the house.

Not looking good for them to build cause nobody is giving money.

Hate it for them. Some good dudes in the chapter. Heard some are going in active if they can’t build.

Its in pikes national bylaws that their house has to be the biggest on row..... with chi-o's new house being built id say they have a long way to go. still great guys though!!! and if you're asking because you're rushing you should just drop because you're not in it for the right reasons.
