time to get real

There a numerous of events from the last year being swept under the rug when it comes to ranking southern fraternities.

1. Pikapp had a membership review and are under 40 brothers. They are no longer top tier or middle tier.

2. Sigma chi is now a national liquor free house which will push many of their big events off campus

3. Despit SAE self ranking on here, they take garbage guys, have a fake pledge ship, and throw parties that no one even here’s about. Only 23 brothers even went on their formal

4. ATO has a lot of strength at the top but their recent classes have been awful due to the fact they could not formally recruit

5. Delt -Has anyone actually ever been excited to go to a Delt event or party. Below average looking guys, with below average dues, and below average party ideas. This sentiment has only been growing stronger

6 Sigma nu- absolutely horrible starting reputation since they went under review four years ago but have slowely became the biggest and one of the more expensive fraternities on row. They have been throwing pretty expensive parties and quality will assumbely shape up in a couple years.

7. Ka and kappa sig remain atop despite refusing To throw huge parties anymore and always going under investigation. Both of these fraternities could stay on top or both of them could fall off due to hazing at any moment
