The lot theyre claiming is theirs is not theirs at all. The only fraternity that has a lot is PhiDelt, SigEp is either keeping theirs or selling, ChiO has one, DZ has one from their old chapter and thats it. No one else has one.
Phi Delt is the only fraternity working to obtain housing since their old house is now where the delts is.

Who writes this crap. Some of ya'll have no clue what is going on.
Chi O is the closest to building a house. Someone posted in another topic that houses cost $3M. I don't know if they cost that much, but I know Sig Ep, TKE, PIKE, and Phi Delt can't afford that.
Most banks only lend 80% to 70% of the value of a house, so that would mean they need $900k to $600k to build and get a loan. Yeah, none of those boys have that kind of jack.

they say stuff like this every other year. including 2013 when i was rushing, they reached 110 members didnt build for 2 years then got suspended.
