So I see Pike has put their sign on row where their supposed lot is. This could be interesting

No where close to getting a house. Chi Omega is the closest to getting a house.

House costs have sky rocketed over the past few years. No one can afford $3MM + for house.

Do your reaserch. Most fraternities and sororities have housing corporations who pay for new housing. I'm guessing your house doesn't have one or your a gdi.

Um, not sure if your serious? I know what I'm talking about and don't need to research. Every local chapter creates a housing Corp. to manage the local house, these housing corps have nothing to do with nationals. These Corporations still have to raise the money or borrow it.

So, internet smart guy, if "Most fraternities and sororities have housing corporations who pay for new housing", then why does Pike, Sig Ep, TKE, and Phi Delt not have a house? They have a lot. Go research that fact!

i dont see a sign. im pretty sure PDT is the only fraternity that has the only lot on campus thats free for a fraternity to build on.

its the same one they had in the late 80s before they were expelled in the mid 90s.

I’m pretty sure there are four empty lots on row. Chi O has one, Phi Delt has one, Pike has one, and I think SAE has an extra lot they use for parking.

SAE has one, Chi O has one and PDT has one. the spot Pike is claiming to have is Sig Eps old spot which was bought by a PM alumni after sig ep was kicked off, idk why. they're trying to buy it from them, which is why they haven't built yet, they don't technically have it.

i heard this from a PM. but they're trying to sell it to another fraternity like theta Xi.

Pike has a lot. They used own the lot that DPhiE now built on.

Sigma Pi turned in their lot and Pike switched. Pike, Sig Ep, TKE, Phi Delt, and Chi O are the only lots that are vacant. \n\n\n\n\n
