sophmore rush
by: Sophmore rush?I didn’t rush my freshman year because I thought it would be to stressful with just starting school and being on my own. How much more difficult is it for Sophmores to rush and get a bid? Is there spring recruitment? And would I need recs?

Sophomore rush is completely fine! We have so many in my pledge class, and I rushed as a sophomore as well. Spring rush is also a solid option if you are interested in the houses that do it. I recommend at least trying out the houses though! If you end up not joining in the spring you can always rush in the fall. The houses won't know anything about rush until january.
