Where do pnms go/do when they don't have a full card after day 1 when they are between houses?
Are pnms allowed to have there phones - like when they are waiting between parties

You are allowed to have your phone with you whenever, just not lining up or inside the houses. You get lunch during the day and if your card is empty for periods of time just hang out in the break houses (frat houses set up as breaks) but don't leave. If your done for the day then just hang out w friends! Your Pi chi will explain this all the first day
