-guys explaination: the Top 5 always have been and always will be the top 5, they'll just switch order. KS is Top dog and has been for awhile. PKP has been raging but doesn't have many philanthropy events. SX only has philanthropy events and a few above average parties. ATO just got off suspension. KA is hated by all of greek life right now.
when it comes to mid tier SAE and SN are both solid options. SAE rages harder but have a lot more sketchy dudes. SN doesn't rage as hard but has some solid guys and leadership. DTD and DX are both the newest fraternities on row so they're more relevant than anything off row but still a step down from the others.
Phi Delt is going to be the next fraternity on row, they had a house at southern back when they were a fraternity here in the 80s and rumor is they still have a group of alumni who own the plot of land.. we will see what happens. OXi and D-sig are both the best you'll find off row but off row isn't relevant.
-girls explaination: ADPi and KD run the top 5 fraternity scenes and have hot girls. PM is all over Sigma Chi, ZTA is all over Pi Kapp, and AOll is all over Kappa Sig so they're the next best 3. KKG is a good group with a few bad apples, XO and DPhiE are getting way hotter and are still new here. we will see how it goes.

they already are, since like i said order doesnt matter for girls.
no way AOll is stuck with Kappa, idk if anyone should be on the same row as kappa.

LoL ok ATO! You guys KS and Pi Kapp might throw better parties then SX but being in a fraternity is about more than just parties... SX does it all.
