We all know having a house instantly makes DX better. We also know Chi Os founders are pretty hot but still theyll need to work on frat relations. Pretty sure most frats on row are already planning socials and mixers with them since only them and AOll can do anything.

CHIO needs to be here a few years before they think they're even close to ZTA and I've seen their pledge class and know some of the girls, they are not hot most of them need to hit the rac and some of them have bad reps plus they've been heard bashing other sororities already not a good sign
