how to not get dropped

So I keep reading that you're most likely to get dropped the first day. Well how can I avoid getting dropped? What do they look for?

To be honest on the first couple of days they already know who they are going to drop. The rest of the days you should just be really friendly and outgoing and try to have a genuine conversation with a girl who is rushing you and you should be fine
