pref-bold or safe?

should i go bold and colorful for pref of play it safe and wear neutrals?

I am in a top house and I LOVE girls that come in in bright dresses because they instantly stand out. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable but I would def recommend being bold and bright! Good luck!!
