pref day-what to wear
by: lostHow dressy do pnm's get for pref day? Do they wear heels/wedges? Is it better to wear a color vs white/black? How conservative does the dress have to be?

yeah they sent a very brief one a couple weeks ago and said they'd send a more detailed one later. Are you registered?

The only email I got was a brief one. That the tshirts will be white and we need a GSU tshirt and a dress but not much more. When will we get a more detailed one?

Here are some important things to note:
Move-in Day is August 8th from 10 am to 12 pm in the RAC
Recruitment Orientation will begin that same day, August 8th at 3:30 pm
Parent Orientation will also be August 8th at 3:00 pm
Recruitment week is August 8th-August 13th
For recruitment, we will provide 2 white t-shirts, you will need a Georgia Southern T-shirt, and you will wear any color dress of your choosing ONE day!
Recommendations: These are not required, however, you can find out more about recommendations on our website.
You will be getting a more in-depth email towards the end of July so be on the lookout. I hope you enjoy your summer and we cannot wait to see you in August!!

Most important is to wear something very light because it's very hot and humid. I wore a Lily dress and wedges last year. Most girls wore something that you'd wear to church on Easter. Those type of springy colors. Some wedges and some people just wore jacks. Hope this helps!

yeah like i have no idea. the email they sent us just said a dress of any color... but not what style dress. I just bought a couple that i can dress up or down and that ill wear again and a pair of cute wedges. but i could still use some guidance!! only thing ive read is to wear a color vs black and white because the sororities wear black and white plus youll stand out.. but idk lol.
