If you are talking about ADPi, I am 95% certain that they will take part. The greek life website even says so. Also my sister who graduated in 2013 and was an ADPi (I'm in an active in a different house) and is an active alum hasn't even heard much so it couldn't of been that big of a deal. They will stay top just might not have the best pledge class this year. No PNM should consider the social calendar especially if it is just for one semester. Your first term freshman year is about making bonds with your sisters, adjusting to college, making friends outside of your house (those in other houses and you know the other 80% of the student population) and exploring what GSU has to offer. It get much harder harder come sophomore or junior year and all you know are the few frats you hang out with, your PC/ chapter and a few bartenders, trust me.

Yes they can take part in formal recruitment but the first semester they will not be able to have homecoming, semi formal, date nights, socials etc.
