question about new chapte
by: pnm.hey yall, so I know Chi O is coming this fall and not participating in formal recruitment and is considered a "colony chapter" or whatever. What's yalls opinion on joining? I've heard that since they'll be new they may not have any socials and events and stuff like that but wouldn't joining a colony chapter offer a lot of leadership opportunities and such? I'm not really familiar with sorority stuff so any advice or info would be helpful!

Chi O used to be a chapter here so they already have a few alumni in the state ready to support them, they're a huge name as well so they might bring interest to a lot of great PNM's! So I'd suggest hopping on soon and making a name for yourself early to try and snag a position. I'm not saying they'll be great right off the bat but they certainly have a lot of potential here! Certainly worth looking into.
