sororities strict on gpa

Hey yall! Im a sophomore and wanting to rush next fall! On Georgia southern's website, it says sophomores only need a 2.5 to rush (whereas incoming freshmen need a 2.75). Mine isnt the best... its a 2.6. Will that hurt my chances at getting a bid? Which sororities are the most lenient about grades?

I don't think Greek life will let you participate, they're pretty strict on GPA and a lot of sororities do make cuts based on gpa

If you are an official sophomore than yes you can rush but with that limited GPA you will be very limited. I think kappa and MAYBE AOPi are your only shots. ChiO wouldn't taken a founding member that low. Same as the freshman with a 2.8. I hope you have a great personality and looks, as well as involment. Did you consider taking summer classes to raise your GPA?

It depends really, if you have some friends In a specific sorority and they take to their recruitment chair then you'll have a leg up.
