Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 Freaking excited for them to move on row into Delts house and their parties are going to be 10x better since they have an actual house to party in and not the old awkward layout they had on Robin Hood..love these guys to death

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 5.0 They are officially taking over Delts house (RIP) fall ‘19 and will be an on row fraternity! Super excited to see how this will affect them and I’m sure it’ll definitely help their pledge class #’s! They’ve been a strong fraternity off row for a while but struggled because of the tiny awkwardly laid out house now and the location. I heard TKE was gonna take over their old house but I definitely think Pike deserves it more because they have the #’s and do a lot more vs TKE you old see them tabling for recruitment and has 0 existence socially
