Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.4 Fighting with Delta Chi and Pike to be the best off row fraternity. A lot of nice guys but also some total douche bags. Most of them are try hards and that's just annoying. They act bigger and better than they really are which is also very annoying. Definitely bottom tier. There is no fraternity on row that is below them, not even Sigma Nu. Some attractive guys but most of the attractive ones are awkward.

Fighting with Delta Chi and Pike to be the best off row fraternity. A lot of nice guys but also some total douche bags. Most of them are try hards and that's just annoying. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.6 Smartest fraternity at Southern. Pretty big chapter too. Guys are all nice and loved by all the sororities. A solid choice if you're looking for easy going guys that love to have a good time.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.8 Being honest, were middle tier but now are rising very quickly. Guys are very smart, respectful, athletic, and a good time. I hear they're trying to pull in 30 pledges this fall putting em at least 70 - 80. Gotta respect what they are doing.
