Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 They have only been here for a couple years but they are already bigger than most of the frats down here and I heard they’re getting on row soon!!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.2 These guys are a really great group. They are considered the biggest fraternity that isn’t in greek row but they make up for it with their big parties and them having two houses

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.0 Great frat. One of the most popular frats. The brotherhood there seems really tight. They are basically top 5 out of the 20 frats here. People don’t like these guys because it’s a frat that is new and is doing so well.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 these guys aren’t it, they don’t have a house on row which limits them on so much socially. I wouldn’t rush their dues are incredibly high compared to the other frats to be able to one day afford the smallest sorority house on row…. the brothers are weird and throw highschool level parties
