Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.9 I heard these guys have two houses and they are getting another one on row soon so I’m very excited for this fraternity because I’ve heard a lot of great things about them!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 Really fun frat to be around!!! A huge group of guys that are close with one another and are really friendly to everyone. By far the best frat down here!!!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.0 Great frat. One of the most popular frats. The brotherhood there seems really tight. They are basically top 5 out of the 20 frats here. People don’t like these guys because it’s a frat that is new and is doing so well.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 these guys aren’t it, they don’t have a house on row which limits them on so much socially. I wouldn’t rush their dues are incredibly high compared to the other frats to be able to one day afford the smallest sorority house on row…. the brothers are weird and throw highschool level parties

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.9 phi delt is hands down my favorite frat at southern because the brothers are legitimately some of the nicest people i have ever met. i also feel very comfortable there because it’s just like a big family where everyone feels welcomed.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 love phi delt <3 they are very welcoming and sweet right when you meet them. it is clear that all of the brothers enjoy being involved in the community and participating in different events. they are some of the most genuine frat guys you could ever meet!
