Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.0 One of the best brotherhoods and are a bunch of gentlemen. They are hated by other frats because they won every sorority competition last year and most of the IM Sports.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.2 They have two houses and throw really big parties but the one downside is that their two houses is next to the stadium and not row. Other than that, they’re one of the better ones

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 Fun guys to be around. Very social and friendly. They are off row but they don’t give ‘off-row vibes’ when I talked to them. Probably a top 4 or 5 frat in Statesboro but could be higher once they get a third house on row.
