Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 Not a bad group of guys. I feel safe and welcomed at tgeir parties and always have a good time which is a lot more than I can say for most fraternities here. They are nice, involved and have good brotherhood. However they are still just middle tier cause they don’t have a house and some of their guys are meh to be around. Overall I like them better than most fraternities at least.

Not a bad group of guys. I feel safe and welcomed at tgeir parties and always have a good time which is a lot more than I can say for most fraternities here. They are nice, involved and have good brotherhood. However they are still just middle tier cause they don’t have a house and some of their guys are meh to be around. Overall I like them better than most fraternities at least.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 5.0 i had 3 in my class this passed semester that were AMAZINGLY SWEET. maybe they aren't great yet but i hear that they will be building an on row house soon!! hopefully they aren't lying like Pike has been forever..

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 5.0 These guys are great! They may be the newest , but unlike teke and alpha sig (the other new guys) they actually hit the ground running and made a good name for themselves. They are actually cool attractive guys (for the most part, but all orgs have their outliers), who throw amazing parties, are really nice, and are heavily involved on campus and the community. They are only middle tier because they are new and don’t have a house. Once they get one, no other fraternity will ever compare to them.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 They're the newest frat at the school from what they told me at their fff party in Burk and I think one of their guys won homecoming duke this year. All the guys seemed cool and me and my friends had a great time and loved the drinks.

They have a lot on row, just working on getting the house on it from what I know. it's across SAE

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 5.0 Young chapter with great foundation. Fall rush got their numbers into the high 60’s I believe. If they ever get their house built on row they would definitely be one of the top fraternities on campus. Can throw some awesome parties too!
