Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 They are honestly not bad for a fraternity, I didnt know any of them coming to their party last weekend and had no trouble getting in and having fun. Definitely think they would be in the top 2 or 3 Frats on Row if they got a house

If you know anything about them They always talk about how they’re getting a house on row...yea they have a lot but not the money to build one

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 I think every sister I have talked to agrees that if they had a house already, they would definitely be in the top 3 Fraternities on Row. Awesome guys!!!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 5.0 This is a completely honest, non biased opinion in any way. I just went to their FFF party out in burk this semester, and these guys are extremely nice and outgoing! First fraternity I have met out of all on row that I felt safe with and respected. I found out they are working on getting a house soon on Row. Smart fun Men! My friends and myself all agreed we need to meet more brothers!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 Great bunch of guys, house on Greek row is being built asap and will be the largest on campus. Have met a lot of the brothers and am very impressed. Lots of campus leaders and all around great guys to hang out with.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 Not a bad group of guys. I feel safe and welcomed at tgeir parties and always have a good time which is a lot more than I can say for most fraternities here. They are nice, involved and have good brotherhood. However they are still just middle tier cause they don’t have a house and some of their guys are meh to be around. Overall I like them better than most fraternities at least.

Not a bad group of guys. I feel safe and welcomed at tgeir parties and always have a good time which is a lot more than I can say for most fraternities here. They are nice, involved and have good brotherhood. However they are still just middle tier cause they don’t have a house and some of their guys are meh to be around. Overall I like them better than most fraternities at least.
