Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 Phi Delta Theta is a great fraternity. I suggest anyone who is looking to be in a fraternity at georgia southern to go check these guys out. They are very respectable and always pull their weight when they have socials with sororities on campus and make sure to take care of their guest. If you want to join a fraternity at southern and not just be a number this is the one for you.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.0 I went into their house for the first time last week, and wow... it's probably the nicest fraternity house I have ever walked into, at least here at Georgia Southern. I think they should do more events there as I think they have been kinda slacking lately, but overall nice guys!!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 I feel like this fraternity is almost sketchy with how much they are buying things. I overheard by several people they own a massive secret property somewhere hidden in Statesboro, bought theta xi's old house, and apparently planning to build a second house on their greek row lot soon. Where is all this money coming from by a fraternity that just got onto this campus??! I'm not in greek life so maybe I don't understand how this all works, but overall they have seemed to be fun decent guys, not the best in my opinion but getting somewhere

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 When I rushed a few years ago, I went with a traditional Southern Frat (Not Phi Delt) and was dissatisfied because it wasn’t what I bargained for because I was just a number. But I always thought the Phi Delta were cool dudes but a little nerdy at first in 2014-2015 but over the last couple years they have grown to be one of the most desirable fraternities at Southern with 60+ genuine dudes. You always hear about what they do for the community and not to mention how wild their parties are. If you’re looking to rush a fraternity where you’re not just a number and can really make you’re mark on the next top tier chapter, this is the fraternity for you. Wish I would’ve gone Phi Delt.

Really impressed with how their new house is coming alone when I drive by. They definitely are one of the top three frats now in my opinion. I only know a couple of members, really nice guys

Atleast they have a real fraternity house and not a Burk house anymore this first year will define how well they do or fail as a new row (aka Robin Hood) fraternity

I never really knew much about them other than their parties until I recently got the chance to meet some of the brothers. They are fun, good looking, down to earth people. I think that Phi Delt is really over looked here. They don't have a house yet, but probably will soon because they're starting to catch up to being a top frat on campus.
