Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 2.7 Probably best to avoid. Brothers are fake to eachother - noticed from going to a few parties. Heard about fights too but never saw. Very good involvement but everything else is average at best.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 I'm not in a sorority but I have been to I think two of their parties and this is definitely not biased in any way, I think they are really fun, involved, and overall awesome guys. I heard they took over Theta xi's house while trying to get a nicer house built on their lot on row which is awesome! Really enjoy hanging out with these guys

I'm not in a sorority but I have been to I think two of their parties and this is definitely not biased in any way, I think they are really fun, involved, and overall awesome guys. I never really knew much about them other than their parties until I recently got the chance to meet some of the brothers. They are fun, good looking, down to earth people. I think that Phi Delt is really over looked here. They don't have a house yet, but probably will soon because they're starting to catch up to being a top frat on campus.
