Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 I feel like this fraternity is almost sketchy with how much they are buying things. I overheard by several people they own a massive secret property somewhere hidden in Statesboro, bought theta xi's old house, and apparently planning to build a second house on their greek row lot soon. Where is all this money coming from by a fraternity that just got onto this campus??! I'm not in greek life so maybe I don't understand how this all works, but overall they have seemed to be fun decent guys, not the best in my opinion but getting somewhere

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 When I rushed a few years ago, I went with a traditional Southern Frat (Not Phi Delt) and was dissatisfied because it wasn’t what I bargained for because I was just a number. But I always thought the Phi Delta were cool dudes but a little nerdy at first in 2014-2015 but over the last couple years they have grown to be one of the most desirable fraternities at Southern with 60+ genuine dudes. You always hear about what they do for the community and not to mention how wild their parties are. If you’re looking to rush a fraternity where you’re not just a number and can really make you’re mark on the next top tier chapter, this is the fraternity for you. Wish I would’ve gone Phi Delt.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 I'm not in Greek life but I just feel like I had to mention that this Fraternity went from nothing to one of the top in just a couple years I have been here. Really impressed with how their new house is coming alone when I drive by. They definitely are one of the top three frats now in my opinion. I only know a couple of members, really nice guys

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 really interested to see how things pan out when they move into Theta Xi’s old house. Atleast they have a real fraternity house and not a Burk house anymore this first year will define how well they do or fail as a new row (aka Robin Hood) fraternity

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 2.7 Probably best to avoid. Brothers are fake to eachother - noticed from going to a few parties. Heard about fights too but never saw. Very good involvement but everything else is average at best.

I heard they took over Theta xi's house while trying to get a nicer house built on their lot on row which is awesome! Really enjoy hanging out with these guys
