Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.2 phi delt is the best. they are really fun and nice to me and my sorority sisters. the frat as a whole isn't as popular because they aren't on row but these guys genuinely look out for each other and the people around them. i wish more frats were like them

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.2 When I was rushing last semester, they were one of few I actually considered. From my perspective, coming from someone who's in a different frat, I think they have way more potential if they are on row. While their brotherhood definitely stands out and they may be the most popular off row frat, I think location plays a major role in greek life.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.7 I did not expect how quick this fraternity has grown compared to all the other fraternities my three years here at GSU. While I’m not in greek life, if I were rushing I’d strongly consider rushing Phi Delt because of how much of a brotherhood these guys have and their social events. They are easily the biggest and most popular off row fraternity. If I were them though, I would try to get on row.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.5 in my opinion theyve peaked. they are always going to be a middle tier fraternity because they are off row. they are probably the top fraternity off row because of their brotherhood but that really means nothing to be honest because most people in statesboro only really care about the frats on row. if i were them i would try to get on row asap
