Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.7 i don’t really know much about phi delt but the fact that this frat is more popular than some of the fraternities on row doesnt make a lot of sense to me.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.2 some of the guys i’ve met there seem cool but they’re literally a offrow version of sae. they are a middle tier frat, they would probably be respected more if they got on row

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.2 phi delt is the best. they are really fun and nice to me and my sorority sisters. the frat as a whole isn't as popular because they aren't on row but these guys genuinely look out for each other and the people around them. i wish more frats were like them

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.2 When I was rushing last semester, they were one of few I actually considered. From my perspective, coming from someone who's in a different frat, I think they have way more potential if they are on row. While their brotherhood definitely stands out and they may be the most popular off row frat, I think location plays a major role in greek life.
