Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 The only negative thing anyone can say about this fraternity is the lack of a Row house... I’ve been to their parties and they’re way better than anything you can go to on Row. Heard them being referred to as off Row SAE which is pretty accurate since both these fraternities are on the rise. Can see them being one of the best fraternities in the next 10 years if Greek Life is still around by then

The only negative thing anyone can say about this fraternity is the lack of a Row house... I’ve been to their parties and they’re way better than anything you can go to on Row. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 2.4 Visited their house this past year when I considered rushing. Didn’t get along with some of the brothers. This one big dude was really weirding me out too. This frat definitely needs some work to do.
