Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 My favorite Fraternity without a doubt. Being off row does not take away popularity or “coolness”. I believe if people would stop living a double standards life and take time to get to know one another without the “name brand” mentality, you would be surprised what you find and who you meet.
