Yes we do have a house. It isn't on row, but that was cause we were founded at GSU in 2008. Our house is on Pitt Moore Road, near the Arby's. Don't want to disclose actual address or my #, but anyone who is interested in meeting the brothers, please add me on Facebook. The Delts have been on Georgia Southern's campus for over 40 years. They came back in 2006 and have done an impressive job with campus involvement, building the best house on Greek Row and maintaining excellent standards.

Top of the middle tier. They think they're alot of better than they are, but still a solid group. There's still a few that are a part of the whole "ATBLOW" stereotype, but it's better than it used to be.

Anyone who tries to say that they aren't top tier is lying to themselves. Best socials, good pledge classes every year..they're just a good group. Top tier along with KA and Sigma Chi. Ato is close, but probably the top of middle tier with pi kap and sigma nu.

Seem to be half and half with the crop of girls. Some gorgeous, the rest to meet quota and dues. Met a few that I would question the sanity of. D- sorority with B+ potential I'd say. Too full of themselves and morals seem to be lacking.
