bottom tier, but they'll improve throughout the years just like kappa did. new sororities never start off well, but the truth is there's a house for everyone and a lot of girls do find their place here. the only thing is they did lie about getting a house during rush to make them look better.

i've had some GREAT experiences with these girls. very sweet and they are rising a lot. they're still middle/bottom-tier but have gotten some great pledge classes. from what i've heard they have a great sisterhood that isn't all about looks and who has more money than the other person (and to the person below me saying they "probably" have the worst sisterhood on row...stop being so judgmental and making assumptions). only heard good things from the delts about them about homecoming

if the only bad thing you have to say about these girls is that they party, that says a lot. EVERY sorority and fraternity parties. they do a lot on campus for their philanthropy and got the biggest pledge class this year. they're VERY laid back and not stuck up & materialistic like other sororities on row are. They don't judge you for your appearance and focus more on personality & still have hot girls. i've never had a dull moment or bad experience with them like i have with others, ever.

Have fallen a LOT. Never hear anything about them anymore. Extremely awkward during rush. Very fake and materialistic and very much about money. Not to mention they have the smallest house on row.

The truth is, they didn't make quota because they thought all of the girls they had on pref day would pref them and they didn't, meaning they made heavy cuts on girls that really wanted to be KD and were gorgeous and smart for girls with money and "hot". A lot of girls preffed ADPi & AOPi over KD and that means they got the others. The truth is starting to come out too, like how only gorgeous girls could rush and straight up told members they couldn't b/c they didn't have the "KD look".

Do they even exist? I never see or hear about any of them ever.
