They were considered middle of the row but I think they're better than that now. They're brotherhood is spot on and they are the NICEST guys you will meet. They are extremely outgoing which is why they have been rising so fast. 3 years ago delt wasn't near as good as it is now at southern. Tied in upper middle tier with KA and Sigma chi of you ask me.

I love hanging out with DX boys. They really are the nicest frat with the chillest guys... the only reason ppl hate on them is because they don't have a house on row BUT they have a house across from the bars which is way more convenient to party!
