Super jealous dudes who try to fight off row fraternities they feel threatened by or lose pledges to, like Pike or PhiDelt. Also they by far have the worst parties on row, which is very embarrassing. It's sad to see how far they fell from where they were in the 90's, which had them on top with SX KS and ATO.

They are pretty fun and have a lot of guys who are chill. Their issues aren't as bad as people below make them seem, probably because jealous SXs and KAs are mad they get better turnouts at parties. Idk they could be more selective I guess and they are not as close as some other frats here.

This fraternity throws some of the worst parties outside of KA. Their guys also are not very close, I see them a lot at KS or PiKapp parties instead of going to their own socials/mixers sometimes. I guess they have good student government and athletics but other than that and having Luke Bryan as a brother they are pretty average now.

We're a good frat. We recently are coming back with the big parties and pledge classes to help get the ball rolling again. Lots of jealousy from our neighbors Theta Xi who won't even have a house next year lmaooo

The bad reviews are all from Theta Xi. They can't handle the fact that we are way better than them as a frat and they've lost everytime they gone against us

Eh they aren't bad, their parties are pretty great, they're close, and girls like them but their guys just DGAF about anything else. I saw 2 of their intramural teams puke before playing us because they got too drunk before hand, if they actually tried at stuff they would be more popular than they are. Only because of their name in the state of GA do they get the guys they get, they would be super average otherwise.
