potentially great house(besides being on sorority side of the row), but between not reaching the houses potential and only about 50% of the brothers being socially acceptable in the greek scene, I'm skeptical. Not too mention overbidding, don't just hand 'em out.

I stayed down at Southern for a weekend and chilled with a bunch of AOII girls, and they were all gorgeous, and super nice!<3

Everyone talks about them having to improve but they are. Their last few pledge classes have been very sweet, they just need to continue doing what they're doing.

A clean-cut group with big reputation. Not heavily involved on campus but not non-existent. All classy enough. My only concern is that the brothers have dry personalities and people think higher of them as a fraternity because of their house(greatest house on campus in my opinion) and the image of wealth they portray.
