getting a bid?

I'm transfering to MTSU as fall 2015, I'm 21 though. If I decide to rush will that effect my opportunity to pledge a sorority?

There's a few factors. Upperclass transfers get bids sometimes, but it depends on your GPA and if you came from a school with Greek life. If you came from a school with no Greek life, then that's better for you.
