What happened? Did they get evicted or move? I haven't seen anyone there for awhile now and they usually have welcome back signs and everything.

Just renovated. Much needed as it hasn’t been touched in almost 20 years. . Supposedly will be done in 2 years.

I think you might have gotten the two mixed up. Sigma chi is the one on Greek row that is going to be renovated in 2020. Sigma pi is just moving to a new house.

You are correct. I got them mixed up...aka didn't read anything in the title after Sigma. Good catch.
