Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig, AGR
Bottom tier:
Phi Delt (but they are new), ATO, Sig Ep

Literally every single one of you reading this website regularly or taking it seriously in any way is the definition of an insecure bottom-tier.
Get a life and stop worrying about other houses, because I can assure you that the real top houses aren't worried about you at all.

Are you crazy?!?
Top:sig nu(alot of money and the typical "fratty" guys)
Kappa sig(one of the largest on campus and have a huge property)
Sig chi (mostly keep to themselves but have a nice house)
Middle: AGR( huge property and girls seem to like them)
Sigma pi(really involved on campus but can seem like try hards)
KA (have some weird guys but their house helps them)
ATO( bottom middle tier. They have no official house but still seem to pull guys)
Bottom: phi delt (got alot of guys while they were a colony but rushed really weird guys and about 20 of them are graduating this spring)
Pi Kapp (only got 3 guys this spring and are really weird. Just a bad fraternity all around)
Phi Mu (seem more like a service or business fraternity. Also really small)
Sig Ep (not even sure how they're still around. Really small and really weird)
