what's up with the fraternities here

I'm transferring in the fall to MTSU and I'm looking to rush but I see like half the frats are inactive and others got in trouble. Are they really that wild here or is mtsu just super strict on hazing and alcohol? I'm lookin into Phi Delt, Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi if that makes any difference

Kappa Sig all the way. Phi delt is in trouble for hazing right now and Sigma chi isn't big like they use to be. Kappa Sig is basically running MTSU right now. I am not in a fraternity but work close with fraternities btw.
